Grafton DI Fundraising Process
1. The goal of this process is to provide a system that is safe, efficient and consistent for every fundraising opportunity.
2. The Grafton School District office will record deposits and disbursements as “DI”.
3. The DI coordinator and other DI parents involved in the funds will record deposits and disbursements “per team”.
4. The team manager or their designee is responsible for tracking funds on a “per team member” basis. It is up to the discretion
of the team manager if they would like to track per team member (or keep whole as a team amount).
